Hello,
Chris Sanders asked me to send this to you the attached visio file if I figured out a way for you to be able to open it. Click the link below and download the Microsoft Visio Viewer by clicking Download in the upper right corner of your browser. Go with the defaults to install.
After you have installed the viewer, come back to this message and double click the attachment. Select "Open it" and click OK. It will open in a browser and a toolbar will allow you to zoom in and out. When you see a hand you can click, hold and move your mouse to move the image around.
