Browser Version Help

If you do not have a recent-enough version of your browser, you will not be able to access the materials in your online class. Follow the instructions below to download an updated copy of your browser:

1. Go to the Online Tech Support page
2. Locate the Software Specifications section of the page.
3. Locate the list of validated browsers for your type of computer: Windows or Mac.
4. Click on the browser name that you wish to download to your computer.
5. Download the browser.
6. As prompted, install the browser.
7. Rerun the Browser Check Up.
