Did your computer fail the browser test?

If you do not have one of the browsers required for taking online classes at Black Hawk College, follow the instructions below to download a free one that is compatible:

1. Locate the Software Specifications section of the Online Tech Support page
2. Locate the list of validated browsers for your type of computer: Windows or Mac.
3. Click on the browser name that you wish to download to your computer.
4. Download the browser.
5. As prompted, install the browser.
6. Rerun the Browser Check Up.
