The Workforce Diversity Program is the result of a working partnership
between black Hawk College and John Deere Harvester Works. Both
Black Hawk College and John Deere Harvester Works are committed to a
workforce that reflects diversity in culture, race, ethnicity, and
gender.
Students eligible for the program come from the ethnic minority student
population and women students preparing for employment in
non-traditional occupations.
Students of all majors may join the Workforce Diversity Program.
