Total Lunar Eclipse 2003
On May 15th, 2003 another total lunar eclipse was visible from North America. The images below were taken from the roof of Building 2 at Black Hawk College using a Nikon CoolPix 950 digital camera in conjunction with an 8 inch Meade Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope with a 40mm eyepiece. Viewing conditions were excellent. I began viewing just before totality at about 9:30 p.m.
