Physical Science 205: Global Warming is an Honors Program course which considers the impact of global warming as it relates to issues in science, technology and society. The course will examine the science and evidence of the current global warming event, and how this issue relates to social, political, economic and historical decisions.

Daily discussions will center on the science, evidence, issues and problems of global warming as presented by well-known, well-respected climate scientists in current research and publications. Daily assignments will focus on student's understanding of the issues and on questions with these issues.

Students will be required to engage in daily reading and writing assignments, and classroom discussion of the issues.
