On behalf of the students, faculty and administrative staff we would like to welcome you to Black Hawk College – East Campus, Kewanee, IL. This year’s contest will be held April 22-24. Enclosed you will the list of contests, schedule of events, and the entry forms. We will follow all rules and guidelines as outlined in the NACTA Judging Conference Constitution. Entries will be $30.00 for each contestant for each contest; there will be no charge for the coaches. Entries are due April 1.
